Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 15-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags attached.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first initiating a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We offer a 30-day exchange window from the date your order is delivered.

Within this period, you may choose to exchange your item for another product or opt for store credit for the returned item(s).

Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with your exchange.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund was approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
